D3.1 – n-type cell metallisation specifications

An IBC-ZEBRA solar cell is chosen, to be able to de-couple the integration of the LEEMONS layer onto the front-side & the IBC-metallisation on the rear side.
The following sections summarizes the current IBC-ZEBRA metallisation with its inherent multi-layer metallisation schemes. Adapting these multi-layer metallisation layers, to achieve a functional LEEMONS layer and to also maintain the IBC-ZEBRA cell performance, is a fundamental requirement of LEEMONS integration and demonstration.
