WP 1 : Project Management

D1.1 – Project management plan

The LEEMONS consortium needs common principles to run successfully project during the whole duration of the project (36 months) until 31 October 2027. The content of the Project Management Plan is based on agreements and agreed common principles.
The main purpose of this handbook is to support and guide LEEMONS Work Package Leaders, Task Leaders and all contributors to manage and implement the project.
Contractual agreements (Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement) are guiding our activities, but we have also set up other principles and objectives for our project.
The LEEMONS Project Management Plan is providing an overview of the most relevant managerial aspects of the project, setting the rules and responsibilities of the partners. This document is a tool to ensure a smooth management, a high-quality assurance of the work progress. It summarises all the required knowledge for the project management and contains information related to the management strategy, the consortium structure, reporting issues, templates to be used, publication procedures, etc.
Furthermore, one of the purposes of this guide is also to clarify legal and financial aspects of the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement that may require further clarifications to the beneficiaries.
This Project Management Plan will be updated at M17 (D1.3) and all partners will be duly informed.

D1.2 – Data management plan

This deliverable is the first version of the LEEMONS Data Management Plan (DMP) as part of Work Package 1 on Project Management.
The aim of this deliverable is to define how LEEMONS data is managed, both during and after the project: from the creation or compilation of data to its sharing and archiving. The project coordinator is responsible for producing the DMP. The DMP is an evolutive document that must be revised regularly during the duration of the project. It describes all the data generated or collected during the project, at each stage of the data life cycle.
This document helps to plan the management of the data and anticipate the necessary steps to be taken, facilitating the re-use of the data and reinforcing confidence in the quality of the data.
